What this site is

A free, curated directory of third-party events, published for information. Use it freely.

Accuracy, and its limits

We verify every listing against the organizer’s own published pages and show the date we last confirmed it. We take that seriously — it is the entire point of the site. But events change: dates move, venues change, programmes are cancelled, and an organizer can update their page an hour after we check it.

So: confirm with the organizer before booking travel or paying a registration fee. Every listing links to their official page for exactly that reason. We cannot accept liability for costs arising from a listing that has gone out of date, and we do not warrant that any listing is complete or current.

We are not the organizer

We do not run these events and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or agents of the organizations that do. A listing is not a recommendation, and the absence of one is not a criticism. Your dealings with an organizer — registration, payment, refunds, attendance — are entirely between you and them.

Trade marks and content

Event names, organization names and logos belong to their owners and are used descriptively to identify the events we list. The wording of this site, its design, and its editorial choices are ours; the underlying facts — dates, venues, organizers — belong to nobody and you are welcome to them. Please do not scrape the site wholesale; ask instead.

Corrections

If a listing is wrong, tell us at hello@regulatoryevents.com. We will correct it or take it down. A wrong date can cost a reader a flight, and we would rather have an empty row than a wrong one.

We link to organizers’ sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
