Submit an event.

Listings are free and always will be. We verify every submission against the organizer’s own pages before it goes live.

What to send

Email hello@regulatoryevents.com with:

  • The event name, and a link to the organizer’s own page for it — not an aggregator listing. This is the one thing we cannot proceed without.
  • Dates, including any preconference or workshop days.
  • Venue and city, or the platform if it is virtual.
  • Who is organizing it.

What happens next

We check every detail against the organizer’s published pages. Anything we cannot confirm at source is left out of the listing rather than guessed — see how we verify. If the event is relevant to regulatory or quality professionals and we can verify it, it goes up.

The honest part

  • Listing is free. There is no paid tier, and no way to buy placement.
  • We may decline. If it is not relevant to the profession, or we cannot verify it at source, we will not list it.
  • We do not list your attendees. Submitting an event gets you a listing, not a marketing relationship.
